In this talk I will discuss the notion of lattice-polarized irreducible holomorphic symplectic manifolds and the construction of their algebraic moduli spaces. Then, if time allows, I will explain a generalization of lattice-theoretical mirror symmetry, as known for K3 surfaces, to higher dimensions, and discuss an interesting application to the study of Lagrangian fibrations.
